From the moment we arrived, Manny was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. Any question we had was answered quickly, and he genuinely seemed to care that we were comfortable during our stay. The home was exactly as pictured, beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The media room became a favorite gathering spot for our family and provided a comfortable place to relax and decompress. One of the unexpected highlights was the backyard. The umbrella with the built-in misting system was fantastic in the Florida heat and made spending time outside much more enjoyable. The outdoor space was peaceful and inviting. We are in town under challenging circumstances, and having such a comfortable, welcoming place to come back to each day made a tremendous difference.”
