First time for many years since we used Airbnb we were locked out at the entrance so we had to call and wait for the lock code to be sent by the host in a very hot day. It is disappointing it didn’t have a right start. Also first time for us too you will need to do some background check verification with 3rd party which was not disclosed in the ad.. house is clean and furniture and beds are good. Host is responsive but overall a bit too much unnecessary communication for little things that went wrong could have prevented before we arrived, such as broken beach chairs. Host did deliver new beach chairs after notified. We enjoyed the weather and explored a bit. Overall pictures taken for the ad are better.
The pool and golf simulator were great amenities and definitely highlights of the home. The property matched the listing and the host was responsive. There were some issues during our stay that impacted the experience, but everything was ultimately resolved.
This house was perfect for our family. The garage with the projector and gold simulator were great for the 8 & 12 year old and our older kids enjoyed the pool and loungers. Beautiful beaches were a short ride. We love down town West Palm, also a short drive. We would absolutely stay here again!
